I've found the more detail, the more magical the experience. If you can send a picture of their letter prior to posting it, it means I can reply directly. Due to the nature of the information required I only accept forms directly from parents/legal guardians, this is a child safeguarding issue and is not negotiable.

The letter will be sealed with Santa's special wax seal and have Santa's return address on the back of the envelope. The letter may be in the form of a page or a bespoke Christmas card (depending on supplies).

Orders and payments must be made by Friday 15th Dec. The letter will be sent via Royal Mail, 1st class on or before Sunday 17th Dec.

​Note on your child's information - We are aware this is sensitive information and will only be retained till 26th Dec 2024. If you choose to use this service next year the form will need to be completed anew. All information gathered will be destroyed responsibly (digitally and physically). The information will not be passed on to any individual, company, or organisation. Any images shared on social media will be edited to remove identifiable content.
